11-storey building in three blocks of 11,000m² consisting of 60 apartments, parking, landscaped gardens and pool area. Fabian Architects were consulted to create a luxurious seaside apartment complex. It required the development to offer residents a lifestyle that was secure and scenic. The site is opposite Saunders Rocks Beach on the Atlantic Seaboard – this location was the inspiration for the use of sweeping curved lines, giving the block a wavelike feeling and at the same time breaking the scale.
