8-storey apartment block of 9,000m² consisting of 72 flats. Canal side apartment block with communal facilities and penthouses with swimming pools on the edge of the Cape Town Waterfront. Design is a key aspect of the Canal Quays development and Fabian Architects responded to the site’s gateway location to the city and their concern for natural light and ventilation.
