Corporate offices, parking and retail consisting of 15,000m² of commercial space and 500 parking bays over 18 floors incorporating exhibition space linked to the Cape Town Convention Centre. Even at night, when the natural light is negligible, the LED panels framing the building maintain its visual appeal, justifying Fabian and many others’ declarations that the Cape Town Convention Tower is, indeed, “the most beautiful building in Cape Town”.
