New single 11-storey office block as the regional headquarters for the bank, consisting of 12,500m² arranged around a central atrium and a 500 car parking garage.
A careful study of the bank culture and operations, as well as understanding of the site, let Fabian Architects to create a finely tailored and successful building for its end users. The building marked one of the first forays into the former power station site after redevelopment of this part of the foreshore.
